フランス、ノルマンディー州エヴルーの工房から一点一点心を込めて生み出される Girault Guitars。（ギロウギターズまたはジローギターズ）
製作者であるTony Girault(トニー・ジロー)が作り出すギターは世界各国（フランス、英国、ドイツ、北米、ニュージーランド、チリetc…）で活躍するプロ、そして音楽を愛する人たちに選ばれています。 

独自のデザインとアイデンティティ

古典的なギタースタイルをただ模倣するのではなく、トニー・ジロー自身の音楽的嗜好やひらめき、そしてギリギリのバランスを追い求めたデザインが特徴です。
Origin、California、Voyager などのモデルは、見る人に瞬時に「Giraultのギターだ」とわかる美意識を持っています。

卓越したネックシェイプと演奏フィール

非常に精密に仕上げられたネックシェイプは、ヴィンテージギターの黄金期（1961〜63年あたり）のアメリカンモデルを思わせる普遍性と快適な演奏性能を併せ持っています。
シェイクハンドスタイルでの演奏でも疲れにくく、42mmナット幅および近年人気の43mmナット幅も用意されており、弦の鳴りや分離性、ダイナミックな反応を約束します。

オリジナルピックアップ & 高品質エレクトリック仕様

Girault ギターにはオリジナルピックアップが使われています。
このピックアップは素材／パーツの選定と調達に妥協せず、磁石やコイルワイヤーなどはブティックピックアップブランドのハイエンドモデルに匹敵するものが使用されています。音色的には個性を前面に出すわけではありませんが、そのサウンドは非常に音楽的／普遍的で艶やかです。もしモダンまたはハイパワーなピックアップが好みならば、好みに応じた他ブランドの選択も可能ですが、Giraultオリジナルピックアップを選ぶことでギターの持つ魅力がより引き立ちます。

エレクトリックサーキットに関してもPure Tone ジャックやセレクテッドCTSポット、Mallory キャパシターなどの上質なパーツを採用しています。美しいワイヤリングは音質だけでなくヴィジュアル面でも所有欲を満たしてくれるでしょう。

フランス製の信頼感と仕上げ

素材の選定からフィニッシュまで、すべてフランス国内で工房による手仕事。仕上げには ニトロセルロースラッカー を採用し、塗装の質感・色合いも丁寧に仕上げられています。

Girault Guitars — The Sound of Normandy

From his workshop in Évreux, Normandy, Tony Girault builds guitars one by one with care and dedication. His instruments are played not only in France but also across the UK, Germany, North America, New Zealand, Chile, and beyond.

Unique Design and Identity

Rather than simply reproducing classic styles, Tony infuses his instruments with his own musical tastes, inspirations, and a quest for perfect balance. Models such as Origin, California, and Voyager carry a distinctive design language—instantly recognizable as Girault.

Precision Neck Shape and Playing Feel

Each neck is shaped with exceptional accuracy, offering a timeless C-profile reminiscent of early-’60s American vintage guitars (1961–63).
Slim and comfortable along the sides, the necks reduce fatigue even in a shake-hand style grip. Both the traditional 42mm nut width and the increasingly popular 43mm nut width are available—the latter providing greater string separation and a more dynamic resonance.

Original Pickups & Premium Electronics

Every Girault guitar is equipped with original pickups developed in-house. Built with rare and carefully sourced components—magnets, coil wire, and more—the quality rivals that of boutique high-end pickups. Without flashy marketing, these pickups deliver a universal yet refined and musical voice that surprises players with its richness. While modern or high-output options can be fitted depending on the model, the true character of these guitars shines brightest with the original pickups.

On the electronics side, only premium parts are used: Pure Tone jacks, selected CTS pots, and Mallory capacitors. The beautifully executed wiring is a testament not only to tonal integrity but also to visual craftsmanship.

California Model: Balance and Comfort

The California model shares its shape with classic offset designs but is crafted thinner, more dynamic, and slightly smaller for improved comfort. The versatile pickguard layout accommodates a wide range of pickups, making the guitar adaptable to many playing styles—from strummers to fingerpickers.

French Craftsmanship and Finish

From material selection to the final finish, every instrument is built entirely in France. The use of nitrocellulose lacquer ensures a beautiful look and feel, while highlighting the meticulous attention given to color and texture.
